Augmentation du rendement admissible des baux d’habitations et de locaux commerciaux

Le Tribunal fédéral modifie deux critères de fixation du rendement admissible d'un bien immobilier, avec pour effet d'augmenter sensiblement le rendement que les bailleurs d'habitations et de locaux commerciaux peuvent réaliser sur leurs biens immobiliers: les fonds propres investis peuvent être intégralement revalorisés en fonction du renchérissement des prix; et un taux de 2% en sus du taux hypothécaire de référence est accepté si celui-ci est inférieur ou égal à 2%.
